Job summary

Billease Bank, Inc. in Makati is seeking an experienced Operational Risk Officer to build and maintain the bank’s enterprise risk framework, identify risks, strengthen controls, and ensure BSP regulatory compliance.

You will work with cross-functional teams to embed risk management into processes, monitor KRIs and risk events, and promote a culture of risk awareness across the organization. The role requires at least 5 years in enterprise risk within banking or financial services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or risk management.
• 5+ years in enterprise and/or operational risk within banking/fintech/finance.
• Strong knowledge of risk frameworks, controls, incident management, and reporting.
• Experience with RCSA facilitation and risk assessments.
• Solid understanding of BSP operational risk regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance the Enterprise Operational Risk Management Framework.
• Coordinate risk identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting enterprise-wide.
• Facilitate RCSA activities and monitor risk mitigation plans.
• Maintain the operational risk register and track KRIs and incidents.
• Review internal controls and recommend improvements to strengthen the control environment.
• Prepare risk reports and dashboards for senior management and governance committees.
• Partner with business units to embed risk management into processes and initiatives.
• Ensure BSP regulatory compliance and promote risk awareness.
