Job summary

BillEase in Makati is seeking an Operational Risk Officer to develop and maintain the company’s risk management framework and ensure regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in credit risk within financial services, strong data analysis skills, and solid knowledge of IFRS 9 and ECL. You will collaborate cross-functionally to strengthen governance and promote risk culture across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in finance, economics, math, statistics or a related field.
• 3+ years in credit risk management within banking, lending, fintech or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of ECL, IFRS 9, credit scoring and portfolio risk management.

• Maintain the enterprise-wide risk management framework.
• Coordinate risk identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting activities.

What we are looking for

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in credit risk management within banking, lending, fintech, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of ECL, IFRS 9, credit scoring, and portfolio risk management practices.
• Proven experience in data analysis and risk reporting.
• Knowledge of BSP (Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas) regulations is a strong advantage.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
