Job summary

Billease Bank, Inc. in Makati seeks a seasoned Operational Risk Officer to build and sustain the organization's risk management framework. You will identify risks, strengthen controls, and ensure BSP compliance, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to improve processes and governance.

You will develop risk policies, manage risk data, and deliver reports to executives and risk committees, fostering a robust risk culture across the bank.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Risk Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Enterprise Risk Management and Operational Risk within banking, fintech, lending, or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of BSP operational risk regulations and risk reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Enterprise Operational Risk Management Framework and related policies.
• Coordinate enterprise-wide operational risk identification, assessment, monitoring and reporting.
• Facilitate RCSA processes and monitor risk mitigation plans.
• Maintain the operational risk register and monitor events and KRIs.
• Review internal controls and propose enhancements to strengthen the control environment.
• Prepare enterprise risk reports and dashboards for senior management and governance committees.
• Partner with business units to embed risk management in processes and initiatives.
• Support development and implementation of enterprise risk policies and governance frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with BSP operational risk regulations and other requirements.
• Promote risk awareness and a strong risk management culture across the organization.
