Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in operational excellence, quality management, continuous improvement, or process governance.
• Experience with data analysis, stakeholder facilitation, problem-solving, and improvement projects.
• Working knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, or advanced Excel.

Responsabilités

• Advance operational excellence across GSC Manila through governance, performance improvement, and service fulfilment excellence.
• Lead quality audits, process assessments, and CAPA to ensure SOP compliance and governance.
• Deploy First Choice and continuous improvement initiatives; promote capability building across the organization.
• Identify opportunities for digitalization, develop dashboards, and measure business benefits.
• Coordinate with leadership to strengthen resilience and business continuity planning.
