Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ERP process documentation, including to‑be design workflows
• Document, standardize, and update organizational policies and procedures.
• Establish clear guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance across departments.
• Facilitate collaboration between departments to harmonize processes.
• Establish governance structures for process documentation to maintain accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
• Monitor adherence to standardized processes and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
• Support ongoing improvement initiatives by integrating standardized processes into ERP systems.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, eliminate redundancies, and enhance productivity.
