Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience.
• 3-5+ years in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Transformation, or Process Improvement roles.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and driving change without direct authority.
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt/Black Belt) and/or PMP certification is a plus.
• Background in Shared Services, BPO, Finance Operations, or Global Business Services preferred.
