- Evaluates and integrates new tools like AI, automation, and analytics to improve customer interactions.
- Provides coaching and skill-building programs for agents and team leads.
- Monitors performance metrics, ensures policy adherence, and maintains service excellence.
- Analyzes feedback and fosters a customer-centric culture.
