Job summary

DHL Global Forwarding in Manila is seeking an Operational Excellence Expert to advance performance improvement, governance, and service fulfilment excellence across GSC Manila. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field.
• At least three to five years of relevant experience in operational excellence, quality management, continuous improvement, process governance, or a related area.
• Working knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, or advanced Excel is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive adherence to GSC and DGF Target Operating Models, policies, SOPs, governance frameworks, and customer commitments.
• Identify operational risks, performance gaps, and process improvements.
• Lead governance reviews and provide data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
• Monitor the timely and effective completion of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Conduct quality audits, process assessments, and service fulfilment reviews to validate compliance with SOPs and quality standards.
• Monitor and analyze service fulfilment performance, including SLA/TAT adherence, errors, and process effectiveness to identify risks and improvements.
• Develop dashboards and reports to support governance decisions and continuous improvement across GSC Manila.
• Coordinate business continuity activities and support incident response and recovery efforts.
