Job summary

Job description

The Operation Supervisor is responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient business performance. This role involves implementing and maintaining all existing operational policies and procedures to achieve consistency, efficiency, and compliance across the organization. The Operation Supervisor will lead and support the operations team to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all staff follow safety policies and procedures, thoroughly investigate and report all safety accidents and violations in a timely manner. Prepare all needed documentation such as the " Non-conformance Report" (NCR)
• Conduct the operations in accordance with the existing quality, Health and Safety, Environmental and Security Standards (QHSES Protocols).
• Efficient and safe operation of all materials handling equipment (MHE).
• Responsible for the cross communication between shifts, perform smooth turnover and transitions between shifts of team leads.
• Manage and supervise daily operational activities to ensure effective workflow and productivity.
• Implement and enforce all existing operational policies, procedures, and standards.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the operations team to achieve organizational goals and KPIs.
• Supervising warehouse staff with their daily activities and providing clear instructions.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments to optimize efficiency and resolve operational issues.
• Prepare and present reports on operational performance to management.

Qualifications:

• College Graduate of any course
• Minimum of (2-3) years of experience in supervising & leading people in a cold storage warehouse environment.
• Full knowledge of Supply Chain handling and process.
• Forklift experience & excellent safety record.
• Must have strong leadership, communication, organizational & customer service skills.
• Should have good PC knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as basic math skills.
