Job summary

• Quality & Operations: Ensure drink consistency calibrate espresso equipment, enforce health and safety and sanitation standards.

• Team Supervision: Onboard and coach baristas, manage shift performance, and resolve escalated customer issues.

• Inventory & Cash Controls: Track PAR levels, log food waste, conduct stock counts, reconcile daily cash registers, and prepare safe deposits.
