The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years in operations management, with strong leadership, decision-making, and KPI monitoring. Travel to branches is expected, and you will work under pressure to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years of experience in Operations Management.
• Experience in distribution, retail, trading, sales, warehouse, or logistics.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of sales, warehouse, inventory, logistics and branch operations.
• KPI and performance management experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willing to travel and conduct branch/site visits.
• Can work under pressure and meet operational targets.
