Job summary

TP in Metro Manila is seeking personnel to manage asset monitoring, record-keeping of issued items, and coordination of procurement references for transfers and disposals. The role includes inventory checks and ensuring clearance processes for resignations are completed.

The position involves daily consolidation of asset data and PEZA-related disposal handling as part of asset management duties within the company.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring of assets, such as transfers, disposal, defective for replacement, etc. through Asset Management File to be consolidated daily
• Maintains record of all issued asset/items whether consumable items, or capitalize expenses
• Retrieving of procurement references of each items for transfer, and disposal for PEZA processing
• Conducts inventory / spot-checking of assets of the company
• Checking of accountabilities of resigning employees for clearance purposes
