Responsibilities

• Assist with Incremental Placement Tracking and Electronic Invoice Tracking.
• Help Account Managers with documentation for VMS accounts.
• Document client responses and track resolution to completion.
• Maintain and update the tracking spreadsheet.
• Provide communication to Opco point of contact.
• Conduct research to resolve inquiries.
• Provide program status reports to leadership.
• Monitor performance against contract SLAs.
• Action any customer requests from EID invoice emails.
