Job summary

Allegis Global Solutions (AGS) in Ortigas, Manila, is seeking a Senior Program Coordinator to build and maintain relationships with Hiring Managers and Supplier Partners while managing the full lifecycle of requisitions from intake to reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 1 year of staffing/MSP experience.
• Advanced MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist hiring managers throughout requisition intake and shortlisting.
• Prepare questions for req intake sessions with managers.
• Use reports to track open requirements and advise on status.
• Align expectations, timeframes, feedback, and roles.
• Coach and monitor staffing suppliers.
• Document issues and track resolutions.
• Monitor SLAs, aging, invoicing, and vendor compliance.
• Update monthly activity and performance reports.
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and partners.
