The CI Manager focuses on how work moves forward—ensuring execution discipline and clear governance—while enabling OpCos to translate priorities into action with structure and transparency across global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field supporting analytical, financial, and operational problem-solving.
• 7+ years of professional experience with increasing responsibility and outcomes accountability.
• 3–5+ years leading continuous improvement, operational excellence, or transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Owning execution of assigned OpCo initiatives and oversight of related projects through governance and disciplined execution management.
• Establishing and sustaining execution cadence, governance, and momentum.
• Proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and misalignment; escalating issues early with clear impact and paths forward.
• Managing multiple global stakeholders and coordinating across DBS, IT, and OpCo teams.
• Ensuring linkage between execution activity and intended business value.
