Job summary

ING Hubs B.V. Philippine Branch is seeking a Change Expert - ODCR to join the COO Operational Design, Control & Resilience team in Manila.

You will work in an international environment to advance the Operational Resilience strategy, focusing on global business continuity, crisis management, and resolution. You will engage with stakeholders across tech, business and countries to translate requirements into functional use cases for the OpRes tool and maintain its backlog.

Qualifications

• Experience in content-related change across international contexts.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and complexity.
• Proactive, can-do mindset with organizational sensitivity.
• Customer focus with ability to build trust with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent level of English.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement operational resilience strategy across GBCM, GCM, and Resolution.
• Engage stakeholders across Tech, Business and countries.
• Orchestrate cross-country change with guidance and delivery in mind.
• Maintain transparency, manage dependencies and risks, and facilitate decisions.
• Translate business requirements into functional requirements and use cases for the OpRes tool.
• Maintain and own the OpRes tool backlog.
