Job summary

KMZD GROUP is seeking an Onsite Service Assistant in Manila to provide day-to-day visa support for Huawei employees and foreign nationals. You will act as the primary onsite contact, coordinating applications, documents, and interactions with government agencies to ensure timely processing.

You will maintain up-to-date trackers, handle sensitive documents securely, and communicate status updates to the Visa Team Leader and Back Office.

Qualifications

• Must follow M&J and Huawei policies regarding confidentiality and data privacy
• Must ensure that applicant information is shared only with authorized personnel

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation, submission, monitoring, and follow-up of visa and immigration applications
• Coordinate various visa and immigration transactions, including 9G, 9A, SWP, AEP, visa extensions, visa conversions, and other applicable immigration services
• Ensure that all required documents are complete, accurate, and properly signed before submission
• Serve as the primary onsite contact for Huawei foreign nationals regarding visa and immigration concerns
• Maintain continuous communication with the M&J Visa Department Back Office regarding all active and pending applications
• Maintain an updated tracker of all visa and immigration applications assigned to Huawei
• Ensure proper handling, filing, and safekeeping of passports, personal documents, and immigration records
• Assist in coordinating with relevant government agencies, including Bureau of Immigration (BI), Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), and other concerned offices
• Submit regular updates to the Visa Team Leader / Visa Department Head regarding pending applications, completed applications, missing documents, urgent cases, and upcoming expirations
• Escalate urgent or sensitive matters to the Visa Team Leader / Visa Department Head immediately
