Responsibilities

• Handle documentation and compilation of visas and permits for filing.
• Provide documentary requirements and estimated timelines for assigned expatriates.
• Update the visa tracker on a daily basis.
• Manage the notarization and compilation of application documents.
• Draft cover letters on behalf of SyCipLaw for submission to the appropriate government agencies.
• Provide timely email updates to clients regarding the status of applications, approved permits, and visa issuances.
• Send notices to clients regarding the expiry dates of visas, permits, tourist visas, and ACR I-Cards.
• Assist during hearings by handling documentation, coordinating meetings, and liaising with clients and lawyers.
• Address client inquiries via phone or email.
• Assist clients with immigration-related questions over the phone.
• Follow up on deposit requests from certain clients.
• Perform other tasks within the department as assigned.
