Keywords Studios is seeking a Trust & Safety Moderator to enforce a safe, respectful gaming environment for players in Bacolod, Philippines. You will monitor content, filter for harassment, hate speech, and inappropriate material to ensure a positive player experience.

Role requires strong English communication skills, emotional resilience, and the ability to work onsite at our Bacolod location. Prior moderation experience is a plus and a passion for gaming is ideal.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.
• Mastery in C1-C2 level LANGUAGE proficiency.
• Emotional stability, self-awareness, and strong auto-analysis skills to handle challenging situations with composure and make well-informed decisions.
• Optimism, hardiness, and stress resilience to maintain a positive attitude and adapt to changing circumstances with ease.
• Candidates with relevant experience as a Trust and Safety Moderator will have an advantage

Responsibilities

• Moderate digital content across text, images, and videos to identify harmful or inappropriate material.
• Audit and rate interactions based on severity levels and report trends for process improvements.
• Participate in feature testing and tool improvements to refine moderation practices.
• Maintain professionalism and resilience when exposed to potentially offensive content.
