Job summary

CallTek is seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to support the delivery of customer service orders and projects from initiation through completion.

You will work with customers, vendors, project managers, sales, engineering, and internal teams to ensure milestones are met and projects stay on schedule. Strong communication and multitasking are essential for success in this fast-paced role.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track customer orders/projects from assignment through installation, activation, and completion.
• Provide clear, timely status updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and milestones.
• Manage multiple priorities using Salesforce, Smartsheet, Jira, Excel, and other tools.
• Coordinate site surveys, installation schedules, and vendor activities.
• Monitor progress, address delays, and communicate risks to relevant teams.
• Escalate issues as needed and involve project leadership when required.
• Assist with KPI tracking, forecasting, reporting, and overall project delivery performance.
• Maintain high level of customer service and drive timely project completion.
