Qualifications

• At least 2 years of work experience as a Trainer.
• Excellent working knowledge on Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook).
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
• B2 English level required.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and evaluate soft & technical skills training.
• Create and revise training materials.
• Facilitate multi-week new hire training and nesting.
• Coach and provide feedback to trainees.
• Fill out accurate reports.
