Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Associate Degree is preferred but not required.
• Experience in managing a team of 18 to 20 associates.
• Experience in a Tech or Telco customer service environment.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Impact the business: drive results aligned with goals for performance metrics and telephony metrics.
• Manage attendance tracking, queue administration, and corrective delivery.
• Develop, train, and manage team members.
• Establish and maintain communication with clients and team members; understand needs, resolve issues, and meet expectations.
• Keep morale high with motivational programs and recognitions.
• Produce data-driven strategies to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
