Job summary

Sutherland in the Philippines seeks an experienced trainer to design and deliver training for staff, from onboarding to ongoing development, including floor-training and nesting. You will create, revise and deliver materials, facilitate multi-week sessions, and ensure accurate reporting and strong client communication.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of trainer experience, strong MS Office skills, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field; education or communication preferred.
• 2–3 years of work experience as a trainer.
• Excellent command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
• Strategic mindset for developing solutions and process improvements.
• Willingness and ability to work in a shifting or graveyard schedule.

Responsibilities

• Create, facilitate and/or revise training materials and documents.
• Fill out accurate reports.
• Establish and maintain client and team communications; understand needs and resolve issues.
• Facilitate multi-week transmission and blended learning for new hires.
• Oversee floor-training and BQM training for the program.
• Support self-skilling and certification during low-activity periods.
• Supervise and coach nesting and BQM environments.
• Deliver multi-hour product, behavioral or tool-change learning experiences.
• Monitor new hire progression and provide feedback with solutions.
• Coach trainees to meet performance metrics, including OJT/Nesting/TQ/Evolution.
