Our Clients in Makati is seeking a Solar Technical Support Engineer to provide advanced technical assistance for solar energy systems. You will diagnose issues, support installation teams, and ensure safe, efficient operation across post-installation lifecycle.

The role emphasizes on-site troubleshooting, system monitoring, and detailed reporting, with a focus on customer satisfaction and continuous product improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering required.
• Professional Engineering license is an advantage but not required.
• Experience in technical support, field service, or troubleshooting for electrical/renewable energy equipment.
• Knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, electrical components, or EV charging systems preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with excellent communication.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary technical resource for customers regarding solar energy systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose system performance issues remotely or onsite.
• Monitor system data and prepare technical reports on performance and incidents.
• Document support requests and resolutions; use ticketing systems for tracking.
