Job summary

Caldwell Communications is hiring a Technical Support Representative for an onsite role in Quezon City. The position offers a monthly salary up to ₱26,000 and paid training from day one.

You will assist customers with technical issues, troubleshoot software and hardware, provide step-by-step guidance, document issues, and escalate complex concerns as needed. Strong English and basic computer skills are required; no prior BPO experience is necessary.

Qualifications

• High School or Senior High School graduate required.
• No BPO or call center experience required.
• Good English communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with technical and service concerns.
• Troubleshoot basic software, hardware, and internet issues.
