Pinnacle Intelligence is hiring a Talent Acquisition Associate (Recruitment Administration) for on-site work in Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila, Philippines. You will focus on delivering a smooth applicant experience while supporting the recruitment team to achieve hiring goals.

Responsibilities include applicant flow management, test administration, sourcing, onboarding coordination, and maintaining accurate reports. Fresh graduates are welcome; English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or related field.
• At least 6 months of relevant experience preferred; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Prior experience in BPO recruitment is an advantage.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Flexible and willing to work on shifting/rotating schedules.
• Amenable to work full onsite.

Responsabilités

• Applicant Trafficking & Test Administration: Guide onsite applicants through the online application phase, ensuring clarity and confidence.
• Backend Support & Sourcing: Source qualified candidates for open requisitions using all activated channels.
• Reports Management: Track daily, weekly, and monthly productivity with accurate hiring records.
• Onboarding: Conduct post-offer screenings, clear candidates for hire, and coordinate onboarding schedules.
• Others: Perform ad hoc tasks to support the Quality Management System and continuous improvement initiatives.
