Job summary

Pinnacle Intelligence is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate (Recruitment Administration) to join our Talent Acquisition team in Alabang, on-site. You will manage applicant flow, administer tests, and support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, strong English communication, and the ability to work independently with flexibility for rotating shifts. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; at least 6 months recruiting experience preferred.
• Prior BPO recruitment experience is an advantage.
• Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work on shifting/rotating schedules and be onsite.

Responsibilities

• Guide onsite applicants through the online application phase, ensuring clarity.
• Maintain smooth applicant flow to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
• Administer and validate tests/exams for applicants, ensuring accuracy.
• Provide operational support to TA Specialists/Officers in daily recruitment activities.
• Source qualified candidates for open requisitions using activated channels.
• Conduct callouts and prescreen applicant leads with professionalism.
• Track productivity and maintain hiring-related reports daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Coordinate onboarding with hiring managers, HR, and trainers.
• Assist with orientation activities as needed.
