Job summary

Pinnacle Intelligence is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Alabang, Muntinlupa, to lead recruitment operations end-to-end. The role focuses on designing strategies, sourcing top talent, and delivering a seamless candidate experience while ensuring compliance and integrity.

You will collaborate with departments to optimize sourcing, build pipelines, and drive certifications and continuous improvement within the recruitment function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in the BPO industry.
• Proven expertise in sourcing, competency profiling, interviewing, and behavioral assessments.
• Experience recruiting across corporate, executive, support, and leadership roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
• Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal.
• High attention to detail and critical thinking ability.
• Proactive, collaborative, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with recruitment platforms and tools.
• Flexible and willing to work on shifting or rotating schedules.
• Amenability: Willing to work full onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa. Available for a mid-shift work schedule from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM (or adjusted based on operational requirement).

Responsibilities

• Recruitment Operations: Craft compelling postings and materials.
• Ensure postings comply with policies and regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate logs and recruitment records for audits.
• Optimize sourcing channels for a steady flow of high-quality candidates.
• Build and manage candidate pipelines to meet hiring needs.
• Conduct candidate screenings aligned with criteria.
• Deliver shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Prepare and issue offer letters, contracts, and candidate notices.
• Perform pre-offer references checks when required.
• Participate in recruiter certification activities and calibration sessions.
• Support the TA Manager in achieving team productivity and goals.
• Stakeholder Management: Partner with Operations and Business Units.
• Lead calibration sessions on role profiles and hiring expectations.
• Maintain timely, transparent communication through meetings and reports.
• Reports Management: Monitor recruitment metrics and maintain audit-ready docs.
• Update applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Recommend process improvements and innovative sourcing strategies.
• Onboarding: Manage post-offer processes including background checks and clearances.
• Coordinate start dates and handovers with HR and Training teams.
• Assist with orientation and onboarding activities as needed.
• Leadership and Support: Mentor recruitment support staff; provide updates to leadership.
• Attrition Monitoring & Continuous Improvement: Track trends and drive retention initiatives.
