Focus Global Inc. is seeking a Service Operations Associate to support the Pio Service Department with day-to-day operations, inventory control, and order processing. You will coordinate with internal teams and external providers to ensure efficient service delivery and brand alignment.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support to the HF Service Department.
• Coordinate with internal departments, external providers, and suppliers regarding customer concerns and brand requirements.
• Assist in handling customer inquiries, installation requests, service requests, and order processing activities.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse and procurement teams to maintain adequate stock availability.
• Track and analyze operational performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Develop and maintain operational reports and dashboards to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement operational enhancements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Support special projects and initiatives as assigned.
