Job summary

Focus Global Inc. is seeking a Service Operations Associate to join the Pio Service Department and support day-to-day operations, inventory control, and order processing.

You will liaise with internal teams and external providers to meet customer and brand requirements, ensuring smooth service delivery. The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and analytical skills, with multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support to the HF Service Department.
• Coordinate with internal departments, external providers, and suppliers regarding customer concerns and brand requirements.
• Assist in handling customer inquiries, installation requests, service requests, and order processing activities.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams to maintain stock availability.
• Track and analyze operational performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Develop and maintain operational reports and dashboards to support business decisions.
