Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Office Administration, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders and liquidation entries using an ERP system.
• Prepare documents required for delivery of sold items from key accounts.
• Assist in invoicing and ensure accuracy of transaction records.
• Provide inventory adjustments and update product status in the system.
• Maintain accurate and organized data records.
• Support database-related queries and concerns from internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate delivery schedules with relevant teams.
• Communicate updates and ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
• Support tracking of orders from processing to delivery.
• Assist in managing correspondence, scheduling, and documentation.
• Organize files and support general administrative tasks.
• Provide day-to-day operational support to ensure efficiency.
