Moder Solutions Inc. is hiring a Curative Specialist in the Philippines to resolve complex title issues for US mortgage work. You will research unusual legal situations, interpret ambiguous documents, prepare affidavits or corrective deeds, and advise on underwriting terms for title insurance.

You will review court orders and probate records, collect documents, and determine how to clear defects. This onsite role is based in Alabang Town Center, Muntinlupa City, supporting a dynamic BPO

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in US Title Services as Curative or Analyst.
• Strong background in title analysis, curative, or underwriting support.
• Deep understanding of: Title insurance principles; Property law concepts (liens, easements, ownership, probate).
• Experience handling complex or escalated title issues.
• Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret legal documents.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to explain complex issues clearly.
• Experience in a BPO or offshore US mortgage environment is an advantage.
• Must be willing and available to work onsite in Alabang Town Center, Muntinlupa City

Responsibilities

• Review title commitments and identify issues requiring resolution.
• Collect necessary documents (deeds, affidavits, releases, etc.).
• Maintain updated foreclosure information.
• Communicate with vendors, clients, and stakeholders.
• Resolve title defects and discrepancies.
• Research unusual legal situations and interpret ambiguous documents.
• Determine how to clear defects or if issues are insurable.
• Prepare legal documents such as affidavits or corrective deeds.
• Advise on underwriting decisions.
• Review court orders, probate records, or complex estate matters.
