Infosys BPM Philippines is hiring a Senior Operations Manager to oversee a multi-site team in BGC Taguig. You will lead staff, drive client service initiatives, and align operational plans with strategic objectives.

You should bring extensive BPO leadership experience, strong process improvement skills, and expert communication. The role is 100% onsite in Taguig with rotating shifts and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum 7 years BPO experience including supervisory roles.
• 3 years of Operations Manager level experience or above.

Responsibilities

• Manage a staff of team leaders; provide guidance, training and performance feedback.
• Collaborate with Client Services and Recordkeeping Services to set goals and report on metrics.
• Develop and implement departmental policies; plan staffing and operations.
