MicroSourcing, based in Manila's Eastwood, Quezon City, is seeking a Level 3 IT Support Engineer / Systems Engineer to deliver advanced technical support onsite during dayshift. You will troubleshoot complex IT issues, manage service tickets, and uphold SLAs while delivering excellent client service.

• Strong technical troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve advanced IT issues.
• Clear and professional phone communications with clients.

• Knowledge of hardware, software, networking, servers, and Microsoft troubleshooting.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, network, server, and Microsoft 365 issues.
• Communicate professionally with clients over the phone and provide guidance.
• Acknowledge, prioritize, resolve, and document tickets within SLAs.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, endpoints, servers, and IT infrastructure.
• Follow procedures, verify client info, obtain approvals, and protect data confidentiality.
• Identify blockers, escalate unresolved issues, ensure tasks are completed.
• Maintain accurate ticket records and troubleshooting steps.
• Take ownership of requests, provide updates, and complete outstanding tasks.
