Job summary

MicroSourcing International is hiring a Level 3 IT Support Engineer / Systems Engineer in Eastwood, Quezon City, onsite dayshift. You will provide advanced technical support, troubleshoot complex IT issues, manage service tickets, and maintain client systems while ensuring excellent customer service and SLA compliance.

• Strong technical troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve advanced IT issues.
• Clear and professional phone communication to understand client concerns and explain solutions.
• Strong ticket management with ownership to meet SLAs and document resolutions.
• Attention to detail and confidentiality with client data and verification procedures.
• Accountability, initiative, and proactive blockers communication.
• Working knowledge of hardware, software, networking, servers, and Microsoft 5/1/5 troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, network, server, and Microsoft 365 issues.
• Communicate professionally with clients over the phone and provide technical guidance.
• Acknowledge, prioritize, resolve, and document service tickets within SLAs.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, endpoint devices, servers, and IT infrastructure.
• Follow procedures, verify client information, obtain approvals, and maintain data confidentiality.
• Identify blockers, escalate when needed, and ensure requests are completed or handed over.
• Maintain accurate ticket records and troubleshooting steps.
• Take ownership and proactively communicate updates on assigned tasks.
