Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring a Level 3 IT Support Engineer for an onsite role in Eastwood, Quezon City. The position is dayshift with a focus on advanced technical support, troubleshooting complex IT issues, and maintaining client systems while adhering to SLAs.

You will diagnose hardware, software, network, server, and Microsoft 365 problems, communicate with clients over the phone, manage service tickets, and ensure timely resolutions with proper documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong technical troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose advanced IT issues.
• Clear and professional phone communication with clients.
• Excellent ticket management and ownership; able to meet SLAs and document resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, network, server, and Microsoft 365 issues.
• Communicate professionally with clients via phone; provide real-time technical guidance.
• Acknowledge, prioritize, and resolve tickets within SLAs; document actions taken.
