MicroSourcing is hiring a Level 3 IT Support Engineer / Systems Engineer in Eastwood, Quezon City for an onsite, dayshift role. You will provide advanced technical support, troubleshoot complex IT issues, manage service tickets, and maintain client systems while ensuring excellent service and strict SLA adherence.

The position emphasizes strong diagnostics, professional client communication, and thorough documentation with a focus on Microsoft 365, servers, networking, and ITSM processes.

Qualifikationen

• Non-negotiable: strong technical troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve advanced IT issues.
• Clear, professional phone communication to understand client concerns and explain solutions.
• Strong ticket management: prioritize, meet SLAs, document resolutions accurately.
• Confidentiality and client verification procedures must be followed.

Aufgaben

• Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, network, server, and Microsoft 365 issues.
• Communicate professionally with clients over the phone, provide guidance, and troubleshoot in real time.
• Acknowledge, prioritize, resolve, and document tickets within SLAs.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, endpoints, servers, and other IT infrastructure.
• Follow procedures, verify client information, obtain approvals, and maintain data confidentiality.
• Identify blockers, escalate when needed, and ensure requests are completed or handed over.
• Maintain accurate ticket records, steps taken, and resolution notes.
• Take ownership of assigned requests, provide updates, and follow through on tasks.
