Responsibilities

• Educate customers on retirement vehicles including IRAs and 401(k) plans.
• Coordinate rollovers, exchanges, and transfers with customers and firms.
• Manage high volume of meetings, calls, and emails with real-time support.
• Provide ongoing service and solutions for unique customer situations.
