Origo BPO Pty is seeking a Testing & Analytics Analyst for an onsite role in Clark, Pampanga. You will perform retirement plan compliance testing, data analysis, and plan-document review, ensuring accuracy and adherence to ERISA, IRS, and DOL requirements.

You will support internal and external stakeholders, resolve complex questions, and contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives while maintaining deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, mathematics or related field of study.
• Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) credential preferred but not required.
• Ability to obtain ASPPA Retirement Plan Fundamentals (RPF) I within 6 months of hire and RPF II or equivalent certificate within 1 year of hire.
• Minimum 2+ years of 401(k), retirement plan, compliance testing, plan analytics, or related financial services experience preferred.
• 1+ year of client-facing or customer support experience in the financial services industry required.
• Advanced Excel experience preferred.
• Experience using FIS Relius, Jira, and Microsoft Office highly preferred.

Aufgaben

• Perform annual non-discrimination testing, including ADP/ACP, Top Heavy, 402(g), 415, and other required compliance testing.
• Review, analyze, and validate client data for completeness and accuracy to support testing and plan analytics.
• Research, interpret, and apply plan documents and ERISA, IRS, and DOL requirements.
• Communicate testing results, deadlines, and corrective solutions to stakeholders.
• Support routine and moderately complex questions from internal stakeholders.
• Manage workload, ticket queues, and departmental reporting to meet deadlines.
• Research and resolve testing, data, and calculation questions with guidance to management.
• Assist with client inquiries and escalations related to compliance testing and analytics.
• Identify process-improvement opportunities and participate in procedure and automation improvements.
