Origo BPO Pty is seeking an Accounting Associate for an onsite role in Clark, Pampanga. You will support day-to-day accounting tasks ensuring accuracy and adherence to procedures.

The role involves processing transactions, account reconciliations, AP/AR support, basic reporting, and prep for month-end. Bachelor's degree in accounting required; 1–2 years of related experience preferred. No MBA or CPA license required.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of accounting concepts and recordkeeping.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and office software.
• Ability to learn new accounting software and navigate systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recording routine accounting transactions and maintaining supporting documentation.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, including invoice review and payment tracking.
• Prepare basic account reconciliations and research routine discrepancies.
• Maintain organized accounting files and supporting documents.
