Job summary

The ideal candidate has a degree in Accountancy/Finance, 1+ year of related experience, and proficiency in SAP and MS Office, with strong communication and meticulous compliance discipline.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field; CPA title preferred.
• At least 1 year of professional accounting or auditing experience.
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and a compliance-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a full set of financial statements for retirement plans (10+ accounts).
• Manage end-to-end bookkeeping operations and update subsidiary ledgers.
• Perform regular account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and data integrity.
• Monitor, prepare, and file statutory and tax-related requirements in a timely manner.
• Handle yearly filing of books of accounts with the BIR and process the annual alpha list of employees.
