Job summary

Cybalink Solutions is seeking a proactive Recruitment Administrator to support our recruitment team across the full hiring cycle. You will manage candidate documentation, maintain trackers, coordinate interviews, and ensure timely communication with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers. This role is onsite at Arcovia City, Brgy.

Ugong, Pasig City. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in end-to-end recruitment, strong English communication, and excellent organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or recruitment coordination
• Experience coordinating interview scheduling and candidate follow-ups
• Proficiency with MS Office applications and data tracking
• Ability to maintain accurate candidate records and documentation
• Willingness to work full-time onsite at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City

Responsibilities

• Managing candidate documentation, profiles, and file organization with proper naming conventions
• Maintaining and updating recruitment trackers, reports, and talent pools
• Coordinating pre-employment requirements including medicals, training, and onboarding documentation
• Conducting reference checks and maintaining regular communication with candidates
• Supporting end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening coordination, interview scheduling, and job offer processing
• Collaborating with recruiters, hiring managers, and clients to support hiring requirements
• Performing sourcing activities using various methodologies for assigned roles
• Handling recruitment follow-ups, CV endorsements, and reporting requirements
• Supporting SAP access activation/re-activation and related administrative processes
