Job summary

Cybalink Solutions is seeking a proactive Recruitment Administrator to support the recruitment team across the hiring process. This role focuses on candidate documentation, trackers, interview coordination, and onboarding documentation to ensure smooth end-to-end recruitment.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in recruitment support, strong English communication, and proficiency in MS Office. Onsite work at Arcovia City, Pasig is required, with a comprehensive benefits package and growth

Qualifications

• 3+ years in end-to-end recruitment or recruitment support.
• Strong English communication, written and verbal.
• Experience in recruitment administration and coordination, including interview scheduling and documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel/Word/Outlook/Teams).
• Excellent organizational skills with multiple tasks, deadlines, and accuracy.
• Detail-oriented with candidate records, trackers, reports and documentation.
• Professional communication with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers and clients.
• Willing to work full-time onsite at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City.

Responsibilities

• Manage candidate documentation, profiles, and file organization with proper naming conventions.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers, reports, and talent pools.
• Coordinate pre-employment requirements including medicals, training, and onboarding documentation.
• Conduct reference checks and maintain regular communication with candidates.
• Support end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening coordination, interview scheduling, and job offer processing.
• Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and clients to support hiring requirements.
• Perform sourcing activities using various methodologies for assigned roles.
• Handle recruitment follow-ups, CV endorsements, and reporting requirements.
• Support SAP access activation/re-activation and related administrative processes.
