Job summary

WHR Global Consulting in Taguig is seeking a Project Management Expert across Specialist to Managerial tracks to lead and execut e strategic initiatives. You will drive end-to-end lifecycles, partner with HR, Finance, IT, and Operations, and implement cross-functional improvements.

Responsibilities include stakeholder management, risk control, and delivering projects on time and within budget, using PM frameworks like Agile/Waterfall. Onsite work during day shift is expected.

Qualifications

• Open to Specialist, Officer or Managerial tracks with 2–4 years of PM experience.
• Hands-on experience in business process improvement or software project implementation.
• Experience in cross-functional projects across HR, Finance & Accounting, Supply Chain, IT, or Operations.
• Strong proficiency with PM tools and methodologies; PMP/Agile/Scrum is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Project Leadership: manage lifecycle from idea to post-launch review.
• Lead process improvements and software deployment across functions.
• Apply Agile, Waterfall, Lean or Six Sigma to structure timelines and deliverables.
• Monitor performance, gather feedback, and drive iterative enhancements.
• Manage stakeholders and coordinate with internal teams and vendors.
• Identify risks, control scope, and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Maintain project docs, reports, SOPs and dashboards for leadership.
