Job summary

PM Consulting in the Philippines seeks a Project Management Manager - Creative & Digital Delivery to lead end-to-end programs across creative, marketing, and digital delivery. You will oversee timelines, budgets, governance, and stakeholder alignment, guiding a team of project leads, analysts, and coordinators to deliver quality on time.

Strong leadership, resource planning, client engagement, and process improvement are essential, with certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or PMI-ACP considered

Qualifications

9-12 years of project or program management experience.
Experience managing large-scale cross-functional projects or multiple client delivery programs.
Proven experience leading and developing project managers, leads, and coordinators.
Strong capabilities in stakeholder management, governance, budgeting, and risk management.
Certifications such as PMP®, PRINCE2®, PMI-ACP®, SAFe®, or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt are a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead a portfolio of large-scale creative, marketing, and digital delivery programs across multiple teams, accounts, and geographies.
Establish project objectives, delivery plans, success metrics, timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.
Monitor overall program performance, identify delivery risks, resolve bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
Ensure projects meet SLAs, quality standards, and client commitments.
