Job Description

We’re hiring an experiencedProject Managerto lead IT initiatives across Agile and Waterfall methodologies. You’ll oversee software implementations, manage vendors and project teams, and ensure alignment with banking operations and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain project/work plans and status reports
• Track delivery scope, schedule, quality, risks, issues, and costs
• Coordinate with stakeholders and 3rd-party vendors
• Lead Scrum ceremonies and Agile processes where applicable
• Support audits, close-out documentation, and post-implementation reviews
• Ensure full compliance with banking policies and legal standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (Non-negotiable)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Project Manager in IT (Non-negotiable)
• Minimum 3 years of stakeholder management and project delivery (Non-negotiable)
• At least 5 years managing vendors or service providers (Non-negotiable)
• Solid experience in software development and system implementation (Non-negotiable)
• Banking or credit card domain experience is required (Non-negotiable)
• Hands-on with Agile frameworks (Scrum/Lean/Kanban) and traditional PM (Non-negotiable)
• Deep understanding of integration, app design, and operational KPIs in banking
