Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT project delivery as a manager.
• Experience with waterfall and agile project delivery frameworks.

• Certification in ITIL, PMP or PMI is a plus but not required.

• Contract Management skills (such as SOW, MA, MITA, etc.)
• Presentation to various level of stakeholders (good communication and written skills)
• Not required but a plus: ITIL or PMP or PMI certification

• Monitor project progress, adjusting plans and resources as necessary to achieve project milestones.
• Facilitate communication among stakeholders, keeping all parties informed of project status and potential risks.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, schedules, and budgets.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and improve future project performance.
