Job summary

Staff4Me is seeking a Project Coordinator to support customer service orders and projects from initiation through completion. You will work with customers, vendors, project managers, sales, engineering, and operations to ensure milestones are met and issues are resolved.

You will track orders from assignment through installation, provide updates, maintain documentation, and coordinate surveys, schedules and activations.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track customer orders/projects from assignment through installation, activation, and completion.
• Provide clear, timely status updates, next steps, and follow-up dates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, trackers, order notes, milestones, and supporting documentation.
• Manage multiple priorities and workflow tasks using systems such as Salesforce, Smartsheet, Jira, Excel, and other project/order management tools.
• Coordinate site surveys, installation schedules, vendor activities, activation calls, and customer requirements.
• Monitor order progress and address delays, aging orders, and risks.
• Communicate regularly with customers, vendors, sales, engineering, and operations teams via email, phone, and Microsoft Teams.
• Handle escalations with urgency and engage leadership when needed.
• Assist with KPI tracking, forecasting, reporting, and overall project delivery performance.
• Maintain a high level of customer service while driving projects toward timely completion.
