INTELASSIST INC. is seeking a Project Coordination Lead to support multiple structural steel and PEMB projects onsite.

You will coordinate documentation, procurement tracking, scheduling support, fabrication reporting, and project controls, working with vendors, fabricators, and internal stakeholders. The role requires 5+ years in project coordination or related fields, strong English communication, and the ability to drive project results within North American business hours in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project coordination or related fields.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to work during North American business hours.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with day-to-day coordination activities.
• Maintain RFIs, submittals, change logs, and action items.
• Coordinate drawing revisions and document distribution.
• Assist with procurement and material tracking.
• Monitor fabrication and shipping status updates.
• Support scheduling, reporting and milestone tracking.
• Coordinate QA/QC documentation and closeout packages.
• Follow up with vendors, suppliers, fabricators, and subcontractors.
• Maintain organized project documentation and dashboards.
