Job summary

FENESTRAM CORPORATION is seeking a Project Coordinator to oversee pre-assessment, site readiness, and coordination with clients and the fabrication team. The role ensures materials are ready, schedules are prepared, and deliveries are monitored for successful project turnover.

The candidate will coordinate with engineers and the internal tech department head, prepare cost estimates for manpower, and support the sales team during project turnover, ensuring smooth execution on site.

Responsibilities

• In charge in pre assessment of the project prior awarding.
• Receiving of finished projects from fabrication team
• Conduct pre assessment prior installation schedule to check readiness of site
• Coordination / attend meeting with clients, engineers, and internal tech dept. head
• Ensure that all materials needed for the installation are ready
• Prepare schedule report per project based on assessment
• Monitor delivery on site and manpower
• Conduct punch listing and rectification report
• Assist sales department during turnover of project.
• Prepare manpower costing and expenses
